Adobe Homes have begun to create a niche real estate market in Southern California.  At their conception, they were considered to be an elegant, unique, housing type, perfectly suited for Southern California lifestyle and climate.  However, with the introduction of new construction materials and techniques, adobe construction has come to a standstill.

This leaves a unique opportunity for Adobe homeowners everywhere!  Adobe Homes (especially Weir Bros. Adobes) have become a highly coveted vintage housing style.  Because of the prominence, quality, and craftsmanship of Weir Bros. Adobe homes, which is typically paired with ideal location, several buyers are in the market.  I have personally spoken with a handful of people who have explained their interest in an Adobe Home purchase for these exact reasons.

With that said, I have an extreme personal interest in being involved in Adobe Home dealings because of my heritage.  My grandfather Jack Weir, founded Weir Bros. Construction in 1947 with his brother Larry.  My father, Robert, has since carried on their legacy by becoming owner of Robert Weir Construction (a continuation of Weir Bros.).  These relationships have left me in a position to carry on my family legacy by catering to the owners of Weir Bros. Adobes all over Southern California.  With a unique set of contacts, relationships, and knowledge regarding adobe homes in Southern California, Encinitas, Solana Beach, Rancho Santa Fe, Escondido, San Marcos, Fallbrook, Pauma Valley, and surrounding areas.  I am available to assist with all of your Adobe Home proceedings.

If you have any questions, interest in remodeling or improving, selling, buying, or simply gaining knowledge about your Adobe Home, please feel free to contact me at anytime!
